Refund policy
H&F Collective has a 14-day return policy, which begins on the day your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with its tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase, and the order number associated with your purchased item.

Please note any item returned without first requesting and receiving return authorization for that particular item will not be accepted, and any associated costs will not be reimbursed. You can always contact us for any return questions at hfcollective4me@gmail.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). In addition, for hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tampered beauty and makeup products are not eligible for return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you currently have, and place a separate order for your desired item, while the return of the previously received item is still processing.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If merchandise is shipped within the European Union (EU), you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. To qualify for return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The receipt or proof of purchase and the applicable order number will also be required.
Refunds
We will notify you once the returned item has been received and inspected to inform you whether the refund has been approved. It is important to note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
